Who we are

CURI Inc. (“curí”, “we”) is an analytical testing laboratory and contract research organization with a laboratory in Cedartown, Georgia and a commercial office in Atlanta, Georgia. It is part of the F.A.M.E. Health Labs platform. You can reach us at hello@curiusa.com.

What we collect, and why

Quote requests. When you send a quote request we collect your name, work email, company, role, team, industry, business model, budget range, a description of your product and claim, the page you came from, and any selections you made in the site’s planning tools. We use this to reply to your enquiry and to scope the work you asked about.

Study-panel signups. If you join the study panel we collect your name, email, city or state, the study areas you are interested in, and your consent to be contacted. We use this only to contact you about studies you may be eligible for. Your details are not sold, and are not shared with the brands whose products are studied.

Student placement applications. If you apply through Cedars Rising we collect your name, email, university and area of interest, and use it to consider and respond to your application.

Technical data. Our hosting provider, Vercel, records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to serve and secure the site. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages visited, time on page, approximate location and device type). Google Analytics sets cookies for this; it does not receive your name, email or anything you type into our forms. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with Google’s opt-out add-on. We do not run advertising pixels.

Fonts and third parties

Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. When they do, your browser sends a request to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address. Google’s handling of that request is governed by Google’s privacy policy.

Form submissions are delivered to our team through an email or messaging service acting as our processor. We do not sell personal information to anyone.

Storage on your device

The site stores one value in your browser’s local storage (curiCap) so that the “How can we help?” card is shown only once. It contains no personal data. Clearing your browser storage removes it.

Retention

Enquiries and applications are kept for as long as needed to respond and, where work follows, for the duration of the engagement and the retention period our quality system requires for laboratory records. Panel signups are kept until you ask to be removed.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to be removed from the study panel, by emailing hello@curiusa.com. We respond within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes to how panel members’ data is used will be sent to panel members by email.
